and the people
close to trump, we’re indicted for things they did after the investigation started ( lying, not cooperating), not for things they did before the investigation started. thats my understanding, is that wrong? that’s what dershowitz is saying.

This is really irrelevant. They bring the indictment against the charges they have the most confidence in.
When was the last time you lied about something you didn't do?

correct. but it’s ok that Sanders and Gillibrand didn’t act as if they believed claims of sexual harassment in their staffs.
When the accused is a republican, THEN we have to believe all women. The VA lieutenant governor is a democrat, so we can take his word for it when he says he didn’t do it, HE is innocent until proven guilty.
