Rent or buy a Jockey Box w\ Co2 you wont be disappointed beats having to pump the keg. you can hide the kegs behind a table then dress the coolers up to not look like your at a keg party

get it cold and let it sit preferrably the day before if possible, dont move or disturb right before pouring. Also keeping the lines cold helps a lot with foam. also are you pouring with CO2 or the pump? I would go CO2 with regulator if you can get your hands on a set up.

Good choice, should appeal to a wider group of people and keep them vertical for a longer period.

That is the idea at least the vertical part. Will probably have cases of Sam Adams and Coors light for the more traditional beer guzzelers.
