that makes it clear
Common sense makes the status relevant, if ICE was able to deport him a 6th time, he would not have been on that pier picking up a loaded handgun whether he knew what it was or not. Here is a lesson, don't pick up anything that does not belong to you.

I'm not an expert but don't you have to pull the trigger for a gun to fire or misfire ?.....I thought "misfire" meant you pulled the trigger and nothing came out

Ice could have got him they chose not to.. and wanted some one else to spend their resources .. on watching him thats the rub

Is it easier to get him when he's already in custody, or when he's out in public? Which is safer?
