I'm back at this, had to get a couple of boat trips out of my system (and Ricky's LOL ) skunked

This is the plan I used
GSB1201_M_KR_GPS_choke_10mm build plan.pdf

This is where I'm at, guides are taped on
GSB1201_M_KR_GPS_choke_10mm build #1.pdf

test cast this afternoon went less than smooth, brought different size sinkers to the local soccer field,,,, sinkers stuck in ground and had to walk after each cast to dig em out! not too bright hey? :-)

comes back with hookless plugs, same problem with a couple of them,,,,, landed right I guess... but still had to walk to pull out!

I suck at casting so not the best test, covered half a soccer field plus about 5 or 10 yards.....

I may mess with the layout or just wrap it and move on

thanks for all the above replys

That aerates the soccer field! Maintenance guys should thank you.

Don't discount the single foot guides. I've been using them more frequently on larger rods and I really like them. They will hold any fish you'll encounter, but you can't bang them around too roughly as they will bend if you're careless.
