Saddam and his sons killed hundreds of thousands (near a million?) of his own citizens, add Kuwait to that toll and you might hit the high number. He killed terrorists, he killed his adversaries, he killed those that wanted to be free, he killed those necessary for his entertainment.
So what part is deflection?
