Been done with nicotine now for 4 years, not really sure exactly when I quit. If I was awake I was smoking.
Getting to the point where i go thru just 2 packs of Trident a week!
The smell of cigarettes actually bothers me now. I hate to see kids (AKA anyone under 30) smoking and give them chit.
You can do it, even if you have a setback keep going down the no nicotine road.
I have not had bronchitis since I quit either, I always thought it was a winter cold.

There's something about smoken a cig on the way to the gym just doesn't feel right! LOL  |

Crazy thing is I used to smoke them on the way to the gym. And on the way home. Absolutely disgusting.
Made it through the weekend, which wasn't easy. Happy to be on day number 8....
