Just like every year for the past 5 years, I see RI DEM one day a year and that is on opening day of trout season.... After that they become very scarce.

I did not know there were oysters in quincy bay and I grew up there and been around the water my whole life

Yup, we have oysters here. I opened one up a few years ago,[has the statute of limitations run out yet?], but it looked pretty funky. |

I have a relative on the EP in Mass and he says they R short of man power and basically mostly only go after people when they have a complaint......I said then take a few from here we have at least a dozen that operate from here....  |
