i don't like Jogging except in the woods
on soft ground.... no such thing in nature
as a continuous rock for endless miles.
as an Astronaut once said;
"Your Heart has a "finite" number of beats
so don't waste them."
trying to get on disability is almost impossible
without high priced attorney's to do the JOB.
