Speaking of bottle bills. Did you guys know that when bottle bills were created at 5 cents a can, a guy tooled up to make cans (which cost him 2 cents to make each can) and simply made millions of cans and returned them to be refunded 5 cents?? Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device
recyling is nothing new we were doing it 60 years ago....we re-used paper bags....milkman always took back glass bottles to be re-used....we sold back newspapers to junkman
