Channel at Wellfleet harbor yesterday and some at the path. Enough to bend rods with a charter, but not enough if your son is thinking about fishing for market. Weird year - I had 62 degree water and macs at Sandwich (this is August, right?). Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device
Got one single blue this year north of the canal. Just so happened to be a 34" 16lber feasting on adult macs. Thought it was a 25lb bass. Other than that they are scarce on the south shore up to now. Water slightly warmer this week but still crazy cold.
