Thanks Guys. I haven't had a chance to act on any of the suggestions but I will let you know how I make out. Been a crazy week.

I spoke with Kerry Allard at DMF and she told me that you can transfer a fluke permit but without question, it's only to a direct blood family member. Mother sister son daughter brother, etc. In-law is not eligable.
