WTS three Shimano Calcutta reels
As a premise for reading this ad I would like to explain that I tried in vain to learn how to cast conventional reels. It just didn't work out. I have to face facts, and that is, I cannot or never will be able to cast one of these reels in any kind of a respectable manner. Thats why I am selling all of these reels. All in all none of them saw much action. For the most part I would try them and put them down and just go to my spinning gear.
The 400B saw the most action of the three. It has some scratching, but only caught about ten fish with it.
Either of the 700's only had a couple of fish caught using them, although one was used in hooking up with a walrus size seal four or five years ago on the south side of the Vineyard.
400B................$100.00
700B................$125.00 either one.
They have never been serviced, because one has to use them to bother to get them serviced. AS you can see I have the boxes.
