guys -

ya know those outdoor sensor controlled lights that turn on when it gets dark
and they go off when it gets back to a certain amount of daylight?

well, we have one of those sensors
and it absolutely controls your MOOD

So if you want to feel better ...put on a dark pair of shades
and expose your third eye AREA with Light for ten minutes
DURING the dark time to break up the time period
yep shine a light @ yourself while reading.
that is all it takes.

ALSO, there are lights sold that artificially replicate Sunshine
called full spectrum. Install one above the kitchen SINK
or where ever you spend some standing time.
