On a similar note; Today, I was driving up Rt. 58 in Carver, MA and there was an Environmental Police truck set up on the side of the road speed trapping. I know he was trapping because he pulled someone over right after I passed. Now why in hell can't they leave that to the local law enforcement and they could be out enforcing what they are supposed to be doing. They are always claiming to be under staffed and can't catch violators. I know they have the same authority as regular law enforcement but it would seem to me if they have time for speed traps, they could be using that time to make more rounds to the areas that the violators frequent.
