I have slowed down as predicted, and weighed in a t 247 this morning. Total loss of 24 to date.

HUGE dietary change (and im enjoying it)
and lots of excersize.... I just needed to remember I like the gym... I certainly like the view..

i don't think fishing is exercise that will really help with weight loss.
unless you jog/run to your spots.... & jog in place while fishing...

according to research done by my wife fishing will burn around 114 calories per half hour. don't know if that's surfcasting or working a stream or what. i would think a long distance walk to that special spot would increase that number.
