marginalized populations include, but are not limited to, groups excluded due to race, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, physical ability, language, and/or immigration status.
Note not limited to.. so it’s possible to have a gay male white veteran in a wheelchair. Keep his Job before the black teachers everyone’s afraid is taking a white person job . As the contract is written.. it refers to
under-represented is the actual term in the contract.
It’s meaning isn’t as detailed as marginalized but it’s in the ballpark
It is easy to see this as an attack on white teachers if that’s what you want it to be
