I got one for each hand and wear the braces occasionally......temporary relief at best for me. Adapting to not using my thumbs.... substituting the knuckle of my forefinger for a lot of things that my thumbs used to do. Pushing the button on the compound saw to change the angle is the challenge. Surgery to remove a small bone between the thumb and wrist has been suggested as an option.......but with completely uncertain results......no thanks.
