Still at 269 and if I hold after this upcoming weekend's MBBA Spring Meet I will be happy....after that it is sweat factory time to catch the leader.

268 Down 1 on a weekend I would have expected to go the other way.

Does anyone have any closing strategies with a little over a week to go? I have decided that fasting starts tomorrow and laxatives next sunday.

Bye the way did I state that I hate the rules of this contest? It's like competing against a ghost when people do not post a weigh in.

Are there any special rules to the final weigh in???

Last few days

Way to go keeping up with the steady weight loss Kearp1 (Pam).

Last week people - think we gave June 1st as the end date.

Anyone that has not sent in a plug please remember to do so. I will send one PM as a reminder with my addy. You can check the "Plug sent in" column on the attached chart to see if I recieved it OK. I know everyone on this site are great people and have tons of plugs but people simply forget and it is not done on purpose.

Even if you don't win we are all winners because we at least attempted to give it a try. I learned last year that although the plugs are nice it is not all about that but more about getting healthy and being around for our loved ones.

No Monday night weigh in next week just post your weight on June 1st and I will tally up everything on June 2nd. Good luck!

ITS OVAH!

Worked out all week and ate right but still no weight loss. It's just going to take some time after being inactive over the winter. Running three miles, three times a week comfortably at this point. Going to start training to do a half marathon in the fall if this old body will hold out. When I started this thing last winter I had a hard time walking 30 minutes. Thank you Portly Angler!

And the Winner is Pam (kearp1) - Congrats!

Great job Pam!
Doing it the right way by taking off just a few pounds every week.

I PM'd my addy to all the stragglers who have not sent in plugs yet (see attached). I will give them about a week and then I will drop all the plugs off.

At this time I would like to thank everyone who participated.

Now would anyone one like to meet me down at Friendlys by the bridge for a Hot Fudge Sundae!
