I've always wondered actually how much money I have not spent on smokes in the last 13.5 yrs.How much gear,how many dinners out with Jane or trips possible because I had the finances?

I'm no mathematician so this may take a while but I'm going to get a good estimate on what I've not spent.I'll post back later.

Day four.... I am not even concerned with money, savings or anything.... Just want to kill something. Had four. Out now. Not buying. Stupid dreams wake me around 2am wearing nicotine patch. Take it off before falling asleep. I'm in the deep suck stage......

You can do it !!!!

I had issues with the patch so I used the Nicotine lozenge. Get a 2MG or 4MG lozenge, break it in half, get more miles

Crapmart pharmacy has the 108 counts for about $33 a box - best value out there.

If I did it (took me a while) you can do it too
