That was a horrible thing to happen to an up and coming young 22 year old ball player and 2 others. I heard it the next morning on the news and it was very sad, even worse it was caused by a drunk driver going thru a red light
I think the guy should be punished to the fullest extent of the law as well as other convicted drunk drivers, but now on the news they are saying he is being charged with murder. Wow, I thought the definition of murder was killing with a purpose, I thought drunk drivers don't kill people on purpose. I guess they have raised the bar and are showing how serious drunk driving is. I wonder if this is setting some kind of precedent.
