Is this a full 9' blank or the later 8'10" (shortened for shipping) model? Who wrapped it and when? Where in RI are you? Thanks.

full 9' blank. i actually don't know who wrapped it. i bought it off luds who is a reputable source here on the site. so it's all legit. maybe he'll chime in on the wrap job. i'm in billerica mass, not RI.

Bought from Luds... you're right. Saw the 'ri" in your signature and just figured. I have the same 9' blank as a conventional and it is a great blank. Maybe CMS built it if it came from Luds. Tell him to call me if you talk with him by the way. Good luck great price on a great plugging rod.
