You've heard Progressive's Insurance's new motto:

"Dealing with us is like going to the proctologist, but not as much fun!"

"Love is like a snowmobile racing across the tundra then suddenly it flips over, pinning you underneath. At night, the ice weasels come."

Are their appraisers really licensed?

If they are crewing with you, considering hiring a public adjuster. He or she is a claims adjuster that represents your intertests. Progressive has a piss poor reputation.

Some of the comments I've heard from them has made me wonder. You can't talk shop with them and not get the stare. The ones who sound alright don't seem real pleased with their jobs. I think that their turnover supports that claim. A lotta kids who can't possibly have ever worked in the biz before from what I've seen.
