In 2000, George W. Bush had James Baker.
In 2020, Donald Trump has Rudy Giuliani.

And the problem with going to court for Trump is that judges require actual evidence — not just assertions — to support a claim. But the only available evidence of wrongdoing appears to be the USPS’ massive failure to deliver properly mailed ballots to Democratic-leaning polls.

What about poll-watchers saying they were denied access? I have no idea, none, if those claims have any validity whatsoever, and in all honesty, I hope that's not what happened, that's the last thing we need. But somehow you know they are lying?

You mean the poll watchers who couldn't get access because of a mob of Trump fanatics flooding the observation areas and pounding on windows screaming for the poll workers to stop counting?

Nope, that's not the claim everywhere. And even if that's the case, you stop counting, remove the mob, and then count correctly with observers.

Amazing how you and Pete have actual facts to refute every single claim, even the ones you don't know about yet.

I have zero interest in a legal battle. But it's worth pointing out how all of you, reflexively and thoughtlessly, side with the left 100% of the time, never any exceptions. Never. Not once, not ever, no exceptions.

I'm sure you were exactly this skeptical and dismissive when Al Gore filed suits.

Here, you can read about it in the NY Times...

https://www.nytimes.com/2000/12/01/u...enge-vote.html

"the lawsuit Mr. Gore filed Monday contesting Mr. Bush's victory in Florida"

Got anything else? Or are you good? Can you concede that Gore filed suit? Or are you unable to do that, because that would mean you should allow Trump the same right?

God you're gullible.

In 2000 you had real ballot issues where thousands didn't even know who they voted for, voting machines that were incompletely punching ballots, most of the networks calling the race for Gore prematurely and a final vote tally that triggered an automatic recount.

The situations couldn't be more different.
