Young Salt Salt of the Earth iTrader: (0) Join Date: Nov 2002 Location: Suburbia, RI Posts: 1,025	Herring Pen I was hoping someone could supply plans for a good in-water do it yourself bait well. I want to make something using soft mesh and some kind of plastic (CPVC, PVC, maybe even a hula-hoop ) If some of you guys could describe the pens you have, that would be great.
