Well, Biden is openly a pro union guy. Seems like the incentive is targeted towards pushing the big three to accelerate EV production which would naturally fall on the unionized manufacturers.

why is it going to fall on the big 3, more than Tesla? tax credits are for sale to the highest bidder when democrats run things, then?

Tesla is already all EV. The point of the legislation is to push the other American manufactures to accelerate their transformation. Is this hard to understand?
