I don't know if you can use your gym membership at the brothels.....and I don't know if you can count that as exercise  |

Not a Zacs 12 pound week but I am pretty happy, down 7.5 pounds to 195.5. Worked-out every day, although light due to injured shoulder. The big thing was starting to write down what I am eating and trying to stay under 1200 calories and 100 carbs a day. The carb thing was really hard.  |

Thanks guys, trying to make a total lifestyle change. Starting to like going to the gym a few times a week and eating heathly. I actually started my diet on Dec 11 at an embarassing 440 lbs. Keep up the good work all...you guys are keeping me motivated! Jay

I updated the grid for the straglers. 
Down 166 pounds as a group.
If each one of us loses 3 pounds this week we could possibly go over the 200 mark next week - that would be awesome!
