I didn't. I had the federal license. Just decided to get the RI license and keep the money in the state.

Federal license worked last year. This year I believe in RI you need the RI license which will be reciprocal in CT & Mass.

So NY, NJ, ME, & MD won't get fishing revenue from me.

Got It & have it lamanated already .My luck I,d get checked up river by the only time DEM has ever been there .
too bad its all parking meters .its been descent during the daylight
