Really UPS deserves the thanks. They cost a few $$ more then USPS but they go like a frightened bonito as you mentioned. They definitely make us look good.
My crew in the store definitely deserves thanks too, UPS can't work it's magic if we don't have the packages waiting for them at the end of the day.
