I circled today on the calendar when I saw the forecast for temperatures in the 70s today and tomorrow. Will spend the afternoon pressure washing the hull after hauling out for the season. Spent too many cold days in the 40s doing this when I have waited until the very last day or two in the month.

Winterization complete, frame up and cover is on. 13th year on that custom cover from boatcoversdirect.com..... (Paid $370 back in 2009, when shrink wrap was running at $300/year. Less than $29/yr. What did you pay for shrink wrap this year?) Backed her in next to the garage and we're done. For the moment. I will pull the batteries after this noreaster.... Also need to order a trim sender as a piece broke off, and it won't work without a good one in place... probably around $200 for the part is my prepandemic price guess...

I purchase a cover from Empire, $600, dark blue. I bought it with my console change in mind and it has worked well with no water coming in for 2 years now. So I guess I'm at the break even point, vs shrink. I'm seeing 15.5 / ft so that would put me at 325 +/-

I love the cover, and it has a robust zip over the wheel for access.
