My son told me last week . that they landed another job .1st one in ten years that is going to pour a slab foundation
all the rest are buy them / knock them down to build what they want .
every single hone is a 2nd or 3rd home for the owners ><><
they are very close to be getting a BI job .that,s a tough nut to crash .
but the fisherman [prices] havn,t recovered & I don,t think I,ll be doing it if & when it does....
there is a shellfish transplant next Tuesday in the Providence
. I,d love to be there & see what these heavy hitters are going to get in a 4 hour period .
I can,t even guess .I know my personal best is 61>> 50# bags in 3.5 hours . now I have to sit in my boat til someone comes buy to help with the empty pail & gas jugs
