I knew they were in deep kimshe when WeeWee said he would be running the boat & Clammer would go diving for the lost anchor ...

I waved to them from the shore before I went out to catch bass last night, where they caught 40 blues for every bass, I got a dozen bass to a bluefish

One of my secret charter captains secrets is to only use expensive wooden plugs for the wiley bluefish. I like the $12.00 Gibs Poppers in yellow or purple. I know the blues are a bastard to catch but with the right lure and some luck you can get one of these finicky bastards.

Bill, I was there at 5:30am to see the conditions. I saw your car but I didn't want to go out to the end in my pj's. It looked good out front.

Uh oh...beware the wrath of Clammer, Nebe -

"There is no royal road to this heavy surf-fishing. With all the appliances for comfort experience can suggest, there is a certain amount of hard work to be done and exposure to be bourne as a part of the price of success." From "Striped Bass," Scribner's Magazine, 1881.
