I assume you want 2 styles (I hope). I have ran these huge swaps a few times and it does get a little frustrating because it's hard to keep a deadline in your head for 4 months. So lets make a promise here that we will all meet the deadline.  We should also make a promise that we all aren't going to make needlefish at the last second. We've all seen each others work for the most part, what if we requested styles from each other? That may send Tagger into fits as he knows Darters will be his request. SO everyone builds 16 of what they want to build and 16 of the requested plug... is this a good idea?

My understanding was.....
23 Plugs, all one style.
To be delivered to tobias by February 17th 2006.
Needles are OK...just not for everyone,Thats why he started this thread and asked people to say what they're making. He wants a little variety
After all the plugs are in you will receive 22 different plugs as a late xmas present. The reason you get 22 is because you won't get your own plug back.
The 23rd plug from everybody will be put together in a set and given to John R to help the site.
The only thing that needs to be clarified is the Status of Karl F He was supposed to be in but somehow through a clerical error was Omitted. When he is added in (which shouldn't be a problem we just haven't heard officially from the guy running this) you can then add one plug to the bullet points listed above.
That's what I have so far.....But I could be wrong

No Mike, we don't send one in for ourselves. Read`the dad fishermans post above.
23 plugs, all the same. 23builders build 23 plugs all the same, send them in, one goes to the site, the other 22 go to the other 22 guys in the swap. Simple.
I assume we will send them to Tobias along with a few bucks for shipping.

I usually do all the same color. This is looking like it's going to be quite a swap. 
Paul - Make the needles. If you read more closely you'll see that I said that pertaining to the deadline. Very often, people end up making their plugs 4 days before or (20 days after ) the deadline and they all make needles. SO I was basically saying what tobias said... to be creative, your needles are the most intricate needles I have seen, hence..... very creative.

It will be each builders call on the with or without hooks. I know some will be with hooks because it's part of the lure. If you don't include hooks, please let us know what hooks should be put on the lure for optimum performance.
