So there is truth to the rumor they hang sround under schools of voracious bluefish for a free meal...

The charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but attainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope. ~John Buchan

Many people won't fish the head so I thought I would hint at it's effectiveness. It is the most natural chunk for a striper to find and bluefish usually spit them out, eliminating the need for leaders, plus it eliminates the smaller fish from the harm of being hooked and landed. Add in durability and ease of casting and IMHO it's the best hook bait when fishing chunks.
