Your first problem was going on the weekend. Your second problem was going to Newport. Your third problem was thinking there would be more sane folks than insane folks.
My boat doesn't go on the water on weekends except in April and Oct.
It is a handful on the weekends. Newport is my home port. Not what it use to be when I was a kid.
