According to the FBI, 2010 hate crime offenders statistics: Of the 7,330 known offenders, 58.6 percent were white and 20.6 percent were black. Is it that more crimes commited by whites against non whites actually are hate crimes or is it that they tend to be classified more as a hate crime (even if they are not)
