Not a Zacs 12 pound week but I am pretty happy, down 7.5 pounds to 195.5. Worked-out every day, although light due to injured shoulder. The big thing was starting to write down what I am eating and trying to stay under 1200 calories and 100 carbs a day. The carb thing was really hard.
