Sorry but I will take the risk of wearing my felt soles in RI. Has to be the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. Is there some unknown form of andromonous rock snot out there? Sounds like a severe case of having one's head up their a**!
I should clarify that I don't mean you have your head up your a** for changing your felt soles but whoever put this into law in RI. Makes you wonder about those in charge.
