Weiners soon to be ex-wife. She's pretty damn hot and very powerful politically. This guy is a total idiot.

No excuses, especially if he was doing this on gov't time. If all the twits/tweets were at 11p, it becomes a husband-wife issue played out in the public eye.... sounds like some of it did happenrf during the work day though.
