It is still Sunday so here is what I finished last week. An up sized flaptail, it's big. . I made the hardware and the flaptails. You can see in second pic. I have 2 flaptails made. On the plug is an up sized Moore's style flap like on my original size Lido copy and beside the plug an original Lido shape but up sized. I"ll probably use both styles. I also threaded the thru wire 0-80 and made nuts just to make Capesams shake his head why I am not using the spoke method. I just like doing things the hard way.

I got started on 30 pikie bodies this past week and weekend.

all turned,sanded,scooped,belly holes,lip stolts,thru drilled and eye holes.
now need to break edges and seal

What method did you use to do the "scooping"?

Dang I have to stop fishin or workin to keep up here.

Need suggestions on how to practice airbrushin, in particular, what is best to thin createx, I've read somewhere it's windex , water till milky?

whats the take?

To practice I recommend cutting some 1 inch dowel stock to practice on! I use Createx and do not thin it at all?

That windex, water mix combo I think you may have confused with the solution many use to clean their air brush.....Simple Green, Windex and water!

Almost time to get our fish on!!!

What air pressure? I have a paasche, badger(s). You're painting is awesome.

after u three times in the head already I guess the fourth won't knock out that blockage u got stuck in ya upstairs....u need a floor cleaner upper down at the shop at nite? will work fa parts

BOAT fish do count.
