Ballot measures in MA are a joke. They have no teeth to them and the boobs up on Beacon Hill can just ignore them. Then, the people aren't smart enough when the next election comes around to vote them out. So much for the democratic process.

Although I hold them in very high regard, I can think of 3 things right away that are better than boobs.  |
