I don't know, but at least those people won't be alone & lonely.
I wonder just how many saltwater anglers actually know about having to register this year? How many actually care?
If they jerk us around and charge more than $10.00 (which was an amount THEY stated) then I'll have to see if it's worth it for me to bother, since we all know just how good a job the Government does when they run things
I can see them charging a saltwater use excise tax/fee, prorated on how often you fish.
