3 pulls on the Jiffy today and she fired right up. I will admit the smell and sound excited me!!!!!!!!!! I also picked up an old school Coleman thermos to hold a gallon of Captain and hot cider. Are we there yet???? Let's pray for some big ice  |

took a few more pulls on the Strikemaster but it fired up and is good to go.....working on the Mutha of all Ice Fishing sleds right now.

Anyone can use the auger. I must say it has been a very wise investment so far. The only thing that sucks is falling on your arse with one. It's like falling with a beer. No matter what you can't seem to let it go while falling.  |

Only one weigh station. I leave Ricky in charge of weighing and prizes. (This is his baby after all and I'll be fishing). He was stationed off of the peninsula that is at the end of the public parking lot last year.

Had 5-7" in Lee on Saturday. It was cold. And Ricky forgot his jacket. So I shedded a layer for him. I got one pike at about 10#s. Ricky and Shawno each got a small pike as well.

I picked mine up last season on Craigslist...brand new still in the box Strikemaster mag 2000....for 2 bills....best investment I've made in awhile. Thing cuts ice like butter
