I never used Gorilla, but Titebond III is waterproof, and not quite as messy and never yet have had a glue seam failure.

How do you guys keep a bottle of that gorilla glue from hardening before use?
I buy a small bottle and even if I don't use it, it hardens in the bottle.
If I use some and store it, it's always ruined before I can use it again.

I have used it for over a year now for laminating wood, I wet the wood quite a bit, if your laminating hard wood to soft, wet both surfaces... clamp and wait 24 hours... I have turned some in as little as 4 hours, I even applied heavy tail stock pressure... I havent had a failure to date... but do wear a full face sheild, as we all know.. there is always the first time...

Oh.. and I only buy small quantities... as some have found out.. the stuff hardens fairly rapidly.... I've found that it lasts longer in the winter... IMHO... it may have something to do with the humidity..

I bet if you added something to the bottle to displace the air it would keep it from setting up. I remember reading a thread once where someone was adding kids marbles to a can of something to displace the air to keep it from setting up but I don't remember what product it was..
