I had to stop chewing gum as a substitute I was giving myself a headache. I got some sugar free root beer barells {hard candy} at wallgreens I can eat like 10 of them an hour they don't hurt your teeth and there pretty good.

Mike I used sun flower seeds last time I quit, watch out for the salt though

You have to be careful substituting other things for cigarettes .. What if every time you wanted a butt you had a cup cake instead ..

I have the same type of obsessive/compulsiveness, too much of anything.
So, while I gave up the butts, I'm also on a junk food/snack ban as well. lol
But another day, smoke free. I hope all are dong well! Stay strong, fella's.
