Do we need to have a quit smoking contest?
I should and also lose 30#s and get back to my fighting weight.

JR, You did yourself a big FAVOR!!!!! I just went through alot of medical problems, and no matter who was attending to me , the first question they ALL asked was- DO YOU SMOKE? Believe me, It causwes alot of problems. Good for you, CONGRATS!!!!!!!
