my name is mike and i am a 29 yr old carpenter from weymouth, ma. i have been fishing for as long as i can remember. my father used to take me flounder fishing at the hingham shipyard and we spent quite a bit of time sweetwater fishing at various south shore ponds. he used to tell me that the striped bass were wiped out. i believed him til about 5-6 yrs ago when a buddy of mine insisted i go down to the back river with him. i caught a striper that day and have been hooked since.
