Re; the original question.The Fisherman Mag. Under Snug Harbor reports two guys with a hefty catch from the Vineyard 40,41,45,48,49,52,and 53.Are they the same guys or is it just a coincidence?

I havn,t read that yet / but I,ll bet my rig /those arn,t MAss BAss ....... many of the mass commercials are fluking .. the bass have been WAAAAAAAY off ><><><

It's waaaay off cause they have been pounding the same spots HARD for years! ...Commer'l guys just don't get it. Some have the gaul to complain about the fishing. Gimmeabreak I spoke to a comm lobersterman who was whining about how poor the lobsters are and wants to double the number of pots he has....I asked him...do you think that will solve the problem?...He said, that will solve MY problem. Herein lies the real problem. |

Many RI anglers will fish MA for fluke and then move right on for bass. The angler is a member of team striper in the OTW contest. I think the 56# will squeak into the top 10. That combined with another members' recent shore caught 48# should put us in good position for now.

Unless things pick up for our North Shore members, I'd say you guys are in a good position, period. 
Especially if you keep paying off those sharks to chop TOs fish when he's with you guys  |
