yard work, packing for vacation, and fishing all night (gotta check the town websites to make sure I avoid fire works - don't want to deal with those crowds)

Hanging out with Jess and relaxing. All of our friends will be away, so I guess it will be pretty mellow.
Gotta go to Miami on Sunday the 6th, though.

Hoping to go yakking w/the wife and hook up with sis. and brother in law at the thimbles islands. Then to an all day cook out that a friend who owns a rest. throws every year (clams, lamb, shrimp, Filet, salmon, etc.). Finally, back home to watch the town's firework display.

I'll sit on one of the Bayside beaches, as I have for the last 50 years, and watch the whole Cape celebrate with fireworks. Family, lifelong friends, a couple of cold ones...it's the best. then on the 6th Jenn and I celebrate our 34 Anniversary. Life's been good to me so far. |
