As soon as my father accepts money from him he becomes a tenant and then things fall into a gray area and removing him will be difficult. Trust me, i've tried to take this into my hands and begged them to let me just do it from out here but they are stubborn. After sunday if he is still there then we'll take it up a notch. THe worst part is this guy is sleeping in my bed and my wife doesn't even want to be in the room anymore after that. what a pain in the a$$.
