My strawberry pie recipe calls for grated orange peel.With or without??

Never made one, and my strawberry patch expired last season. Thanks for reminding me...

But as I'm a big fan of zest I'd say use it.

Just remember that a little zest can go a long way to brighten up the flavor of the strawberries. Now if you've got your own patch and the're really primo you may not even need or want it.
